She serves on the Cheyenne Board of Realtors Public Relations Commission, Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Women's Round Table, she graduated from Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne and volunteers at her sons school. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
Kari is a supporter of Black Dog Animal Rescue and loves spending time with her two boys and high-school sweetheart now husband of 22 years. When she is not working, you will find Kari, her two dogs (a Puggle and a Labrador) and her family spending time outdoors hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, skiing (snow and water) and camping.
Kari is a Nebraska-Native and grew up on a Dairy Farm. Her parents didn't think a dairy farm was hard enough work, so they opened a restaurant when she was in the sixth grade. Instead of working 365 days a year on the Dairy Farm, Kari was excited to only work 363 days a year at the Restaurant. She thanks her parents for her hard work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. She says, "Everyone in my family looks at a problem and finds ways to make it work better. If someone says "You can't do that, I know there is a way to get it done. I just have to figure out how."

Heather grew up in Cheyenne after living overseas and around the States as part of a military family. She graduated from the University of Wyoming and has more than a decade of business development and operations management experience.
Together with her husband she has owned Three Pines Construction since 2010. Three Pines is a full service general contracting company serving residential and commercial clients in and around Cheyenne. Becoming a Realtor fulfils a long-standing part of Heather's goal to be the sole destination for clients for their real estate needs whether buying, selling, building, rennovating, or investing.
Heather credits her love of real estate to the moves she has made. She finds it is always so exciting to explore each new space and visualize not only the potential but also the history. She is especially drawn to the craftsmanship of historic properties and has quite a bit of experience renovating them while retaining and restoring the charming details that make them unique.

Katie, her husband and three children moved to Cheyenne in 2001. Since that time, she has witnessed the area’s transformation in the form of new housing and area development and at the same time keeping an eye on the beautiful existing homes and lands this place has to offer.
